Material
Our brand folder is designed with the highest paper quality and techniques. Your uploaded or selected design comes printed and assembled with a 350gsm matt or gloss paper laminated on both cover pages which measures 32 by 23 cm. The cutting technique used features the die-cutting process for a precise and cleaner cut.
Place a minimum order of 20 copies and we’ll be glad to deliver them assembled, pre-folded, and ready for use!

How can I place an order?
You can select the product of your choice, make appropriate selections from the options available, select the required quantity, then you can either select CREATE IT (if you want to design on your own) or you can UPLOAD your FILES (if you either have print ready files or want inhouse designer's Paid support) and then make the payment and checkout.
How long will my order take?
All deliveries withing the UAE are made withing 5-7 business days provided there is no error in the artwork or design provided. If there is anything that needs to be rectified, the order will take 5-7 business days from the day the corrections have been made and approved.
How can I inquire about my order or order status?
You can track your order through your account or chat with us anytime. We'd be happy to help! You can chat with us about the status of your order:
- User account (if you have registered yourself while placing the order)
- Email: You can also send an email to our designated WhatsApp number available on the website.
How can I get a receipt for my purchase?
Receipts will be emailed to you after placing your order and can be found online in your account, under "My order”. For all the other transaction requests, we will provide any necessary documents to via email.
How long does it take to get a response on an order issue?
It takes approximately 1-2 business days for our department to review, analyze and resolve the problem with your order
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change any specs or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no. Once you have approved your Artwork , we will start the design compilation and production will start that day. From this point we are unable to accept changes to the order specs. If you notice an error immediately having placed the order, however, call us as soon as possible and we may be able to rectify the error or adjust the specs (e.g., increase the quantity, change paper type etc.). This is not guaranteed though. Please see our full Terms and conditions for more details on claims and returns.
What if I am not satisfied with my order or has not turned up the way I imagined?
Print Souq is committed to customer satisfaction. However, is not responsible for typing, colour, image or design errors made by customers
Print Souq has its own quality control standards which is influenced by their own goodwill, and the goods are branded as per the highest standard available to printsouq.ae. If a customer is very much concerned about this, then he/she can always order the smallest quantity available before going ahead with full quantity and after being satisfied he/she can always give big quantity orders.
What if I do not like the quality of the printed product as per my expectations? Will there be a refund?
Print Souq’s job is to print as per the order placed and artwork approved/shared by you. Your expectations and imagination of the product cannot be passed to the production team and there are technical limitations as well. The cost will already be incurred in making the product once and hence a refund will not be possible.
There is an error on my order - Can I get a reprint?
If the error is found to be the result of poorly prepared data or otherwise contains client-side production errors, we will not be held responsible, and any reprints will be at your expense. Please see our full Terms and conditions for more details on claims and returns.
If there has been a printing error, we will of course reprint your data at no additional cost to you.
What happens if there are pricing errors in your site?
We make every effort to ensure that all information on our site is reliable and accurate, including product description and pricing. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error and your credit card has already been charged, we will immediately issue a full refund.
Where can I find pricing for products?
Pricing for all products and quantities are available directly on our website. Visit each products order page and select the different print options until you see pricing for your order based on those specifications.
Can I order a bulk quantity that is not mentioned on the website?
Yes. If you have a bulk quantity that you cannot find on our site, please fill out the Contact us form and let us know the quantity, the product and its specification that you would like us to provide pricing for.
Can I get assistance from your Support staff?
If you need more help in choosing a product, you can use the Live Chat or WhatsApp number (available on our website) to talk to our customer service representative.
Can I customize any product, and do I have to pay extra for the design tool?
Print Souq allows you create a customized version of product listed on our website, including options of materials and finishing that you need. The design tool is free to use when you place an order.
Do you have backgrounds and clip art that I can use for my designs?
We have various categories of backgrounds and clip art that you can freely use within our designing tool.
Can you print sizes and quantities not listed on your website?
Yes. If you have a custom size or have other specs that you cannot find on our site, please fill out the Contact us form and let us know.
Will the colours in the printed design look the same as the ones in my artwork?
We do our best to give our customers the best colour match for their artwork. However, getting the exact colour match is not always possible. The texture, finish, and type of material used for the project could affect the colours on the final printed product.
Customers must discuss this with www.printsouq.ae/ if they have a very specific colour precisions. This is because, all screens have different colour settings and screen colours, and printed colours don't match precisely, this is a worldwide limitation.
Do you handle door-to-door delivery?
Yes. Deliveries within UAE go from our factory to your door (unless otherwise specified).
Can I pick up my order?
We are not having this option available as of now, the delivery must reach you in the pattern available now.
Do I need to pay separate delivery charges for each product?
No, One Shopping Cart has one delivery charge, you can include as many products as you want in one shopping cart, but delivery charges are fixed and one for all.
How can I find your international delivery information?
We currently only ship to all the 7 emirates in the U.A.E. However, if you would like your product to be delivered at a foreign location, you can contact us through Live chat or WhatsApp support, and we'll help you get it shipped for a small extra fee.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change the address you want your order delivered to, we can usually do this any time while your order has a status of ‘in progress’. After your order is complete it’s too late to change. If you have absolutely need to change the address after your order is in production ‘printing’ please contact us and tell us the address you’d like to send it to.

What if I don't get delivery in the time specified for the product?
Usually, this does not happen, Printsouq.ae will dispatch the delivery in time, it takes approximately. one working day to reach the customer after the dispatch. If at all, due to any unavoidable circumstances which are not in control, the delivery gets delayed in production, Printsouq.ae will keep the customer updated.
if you are not satisfied with the new schedule then the full money will be refunded, including the delivery charges, no other greater compensation can be granted.
Do your shipping speeds include production time?
Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to you.
What if I have ordered more than one item in one shopping cart, will I get the separate deliveries?
Usually, all the items of one shopping cart will be delivered together in one shot. In this case, the goods will be shipped as per the timeline of the product which has maximum time allotted for the delivery.

We accept Credit card and Debit card payment methods via our online payment gateway which you will find at checkout.
